I've been a multi year customer of Van's. They always place the highest value on serving the customer. Recently did a 6 tire purchase for my dually. Very, very satisfied.
Great business to deal with. I've used vans for the last several years from everything to putting tires on our multi million dollar prototype vehicles to car haulers, all the way down to utility trailer tires. Very competitive pricing and outstanding service. Also vans will order the rims/tires you want and have in stock in a few short days. I drive 45 minutes just to do business with them, and I highly recommend you do too!
My wife found them when looking for a used tire for me. They were good to her and that has earned my business for life. Have had 3 sets of tires and a few more used ones from them.

First time at Vans Tire in Richmond and I have lived here almost my entire life. I had a screw in my back tire. They had it fixed within five minutes. Friendly staff. Great place. Highly satisfied!

I have never been so pissed off, about a business as I have been with Van's. I took my wife's car in yesterday to have two front used tires on. I went home, and replaced an outer tie rod end that they said should be replaced. In the course of taking off tire that they just put on I went thru two tire irons, and one out nut, because they have over tightened them so much with air gun that I weigh 262lbs, and I had a hard time to get them to budge loose. After being ripped off for years at a national tire dealer, Van's has been a breath of fresh air. I've now went to Vans for two emergency tire situations and have received nothing but excellent customer service. As a young woman, shopping for anything auto related is often a daunting experience because these types of businesses assume they can take advantage of me & my wallet, but Van's has been the complete opposite. I highly recommend Van's and will continue to be a customer. Thank you!
