I gave this car wash more than enough chances. And every time, they seem to care less and less about the car, and more about convincing the customer to spend more. The last straw was when they charge me extra for a hand wash on my new bmw. They didn't hand wash it. They put it through the machines, scratching my car, which is precisely why I always ask for hand wash. When I complained, the owner simply tried to pin it on his employees, and suggested I paid extra to wax the car. That's when I got in your car, and left. Never ... read more
I used this car wash for years and now the owner is terrible. Negative and doesn't care. Told me they could clean my sheepskins they ruined them. The owner was so nasty I decided it was time to move on to a new car wash.
The worst car wash in the valley don't ever try this place again they vaccun my car in less than one minute and they did horrible job on drying my car I pay for air.freshener which they never put any if you want.a good service go to West Hills car wash...
