Do NOT use them. Lack of knowledge, no regard and does not take accountability for their mistakes. I took a $1800 pair of aluminum black powder-coated rear Weld wheels to them to mount new drag radials on. He clamped an old school hanging weight on the OUTSIDE of the wheel which scratched and took a chunk of the wheel. He couldn’t repair the wheel nor did he offer to replace it. Told me to leave it there and he would “figure something out” NO THANKS SIR!! NOT acceptable!
So I was really excited when I found a place close to home that did oil changes for a decent price. I went to Van Oil several times with no issues and they were super friendly and welcoming. Well l, when issues arise you discover people’s true colors. Vann Oil messed up my vehicle’s oil change which left me on the side of 365 during rush hour. I apologized for the mistake that was made on your service . In four years yours was the second time to have an O ring push out of place. and c I offered you 2 free oil changes. for your trouble. The other mechanic took advantage of you and the situation and also of you to make a buck on the situation . He did noticed the container of oil we refilled your car with was a thicker oil than recommended. He was advised that we just used that container to transport the oil in to get it to the road side.
