We found our 365RL #5 ("T-Rex") in Aug of 2015. Our dealership rescued us from a motorhome that we hated. We had previously owned a FW from a different manufacturer and it served its purpose well, but it was not rated for fulltime use. We've been in our Vilano since Sept 2015. I won't say that our unit has been without issues. But I will say that every time we had an issue, we were able to talk to VanLeigh and get it resolved either by them dispatching a mobile tech or us taking it to the service center.
