They sold me a defective Rv and will not take care of a couple of very serious issues. I will continue to fight this battle. What happen to integrity. I paid over $70,000 for a brand new unit!!! Vanleigh do the right thing.
we have a 2017 365rl. Not only is the RV beautiful and well made but the support we've gotten from VanLeigh, even on the most minor of issues has been well beyond great! Looked at dozens of other makes, walked into our Vilano at an RV show and bought it on the spot!
Horrible customer service. Adam Hester will NOT return our calls or help at all. We bought a new Vilano and have had nothing but issues. Have been trying to contact Adam since October 2018. Awing Vanleigh put on at the factory over the slides broke off while pulling the 5th wheel and Vanleigh will not stand behind the product THEY installed at the factory! YOU put them on. I have made phone calls, emailed and need Adam to explain WHY you REFUSE to stand behind YOUR product. It is JUNK!
We just spent 3 days at the repair shop. It was a great experience. All the technicians were concerned about whatever was wrong or needed fixing on your RV. Our personal tech was Zach. He was the BEST!!!! Vanleigh cares about you!
After having our 2017 365RL for two years, we find that the customer service Vanleigh provides their owners is the absolute best we have ever encountered of all the RV's we have ever owned. This is our fifth RV and I don't think we'll ever own any other brand of fifth wheel besides Vanleigh. We just love every aspect of the product and highly recommend their units. We've not regretted for a single moment purchasing our home on wheels!
Bought our 2018 369 FB in August 2018 . So far only a couple items needed attention and were taken care of very quickly at Bayou Outdoor Super Center in Bossier City, La. where we bought it. We are very satisfied with the dealership and haven’t had to contact the factory but feel assured that any items we may have to bring to them will be taken care of. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase

Have been living in my Vilano 375FL full time for just shy of a year now and I’m 100% sure I bought the best the market has to offer. When needed, their customer service has gone above and beyond. Would recommend Vanleigh to anyone.
