The mobile phone listed on the website is always switched off. I have called a thousand times to no avail. There is no email or any other method to contact them. Just be careful before placing the order and paying because your item may never get delivered and you can't contact them. They have say pictures for last 3 years which again raises doubt.

Good musical product. Good service and super fast delivery, by the owner. Communications and response time to communication, can be improved.
Great experience with Vanjaaran. Had placed an order online for a pressure cooker and kadai. But as there was an issue with the stock of the kadai I ordered. The owner contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. When I asked for an alternate kadai, he happily obliged and quickly dispatched the order. Would recommend!
