This was my first experience at Vanicci and it was amazing! Kaitlynn, my stylist was friendly, very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. She gave me the perfect color and cut and I've received tons of compliments ever since. I was offered water and coffee, as well as a complimentary follow up appointment. Excellent customer service!! I've been raving about this place to all of my friends. I'll definitely be going back to her.
