Ashley Bailey is THE best! Ashley has been doing my hair for years. I found her through a friend who had found her, and Ashley made this friend look like a model!!! I have loved everything she does and I love her friendly and easygoing personality. I leave the style and the color to her because she knows what looks best. Since I found Ashley, I always get compliments on my hair... Thank you, Ashley, for taking such good care of me. (I would add more stars if I could!)
This is a great salon but what makes it wonderful is their hairdresser Deborah Alexander! She makes you feel right at home! She can do any and everything! Thank you again! I'm definitely going back to Mrs. D

I love VaNicci Salon! My stylist is Ashley and she is the first person in several years to cut my hair the way I love it! She is very knowledgeable about the latest cutting and coloring techniques. She listens and explains everything before she starts and gives great instruction on how to style at home. The entire staff is warm and friendly. I highly recommend this salon!
My favorite thing about it is my stylish Miss Deborah Alexander, It's a family affair for us.Her gift is really in her hands and her knowledge of her craft.Vannicci Salon has style and she brings her own.My husband is also apart of the Ms. D. experience.
I absolutely love Deborah! She did my color and it came out amazing. Her professionalism made the visit very pleasurable and her personality and skill makes her the awesome stylist that she is.
I have been to VaNicci a few times and every time I have to see Deborah!!! Mrs.D is soo great. I brought in my little sister, who has only ever had her hair done by myself and she made her feel super comfortable. Mrs.D is very professional but will keep it real on what is going to look the best!!! Go see her ASAP!!
