Andreina Marjanovic is, by far, the worst manager the Eliot has had in the 3+ years we’ve lived here. She provides the opposite of decent customer service - she is unkind and unwilling to accommodate the simplest of request according to their own policy written out in their own letter. I really miss Bozzuto - they are the best management company and I’m sorry our building switched to Greystar.
