I have had to move 2 times in 4 years for various reasons, between 2 bedroom apartments and a three bedroom townhouse, from 3rd floor to first to a two story to second floor. I have used Vanguard Van Lines for each move because after using them for the first one, I felt they did fantastic. Best moving experience by far. I am kind of a control freak and was really worried about my move and making sure every thing got out of my old place and into my new one. I explained that to my head mover (I'm terrible with names ) he reassured me that he would make this as painless as possible and he did not disappoint. These guys are amazing. We were moving from an apartment to a two bedroom town home with SO MANY STAIRS. The team was so great, still had a smile on their faces despite the stairs, did not scuff one wall/baseboard, did not damage one item, and moved at a quick speed. I couldn't have been more happy with my experience from Vanguard Van Lines and would use this company again in the future and refer them to anyone I know.
Ivan, Joshua & Boris of Vanguard Van Lines, arrived on time & loaded throughout the day to move me from old house to new in the LA. They wrapped everything very carefully & professionally packed up their truck. From a 2 story house to another 2 story was tough in the heat, but they did an excellent job, being very careful not to damage my furniture. These guys are incredibly strong & pleasant & it was a great experience. 5 stars excellent!
Yesterday was my second time using these guys to move and I'll use them again in the future. I was worried about a set of narrow stairs at my new apartment and I knew the refrigerator door would have to be removed to slide it in place but Joshua, Andres and Ivan handled it like pros. Price is fair and well worth letting someone else handle all the heavy lifting.
Vanguard Van Lines was a dream to work with. They finished the move this afternoon and it was entirely stress free. They carefully packed everything including my Pilates equipment. I paid less than half that was quoted to me by another company with similar rates. These guys are amazing and I hope you get them because hey didn't waste anytime yet they were extremely careful. This was my second time using Vanguard Van Lines to coordinate my move. I could not recommend them enough. Joshua, Ivan and Roberta were fast, efficient and extremely professional.
