My husband and I purchased our first home from Paul and tracy in December of 2025. The inspection report noted water intrusion and mold, along with other minor issues. Vanguard is a joke these days. Have switched to Schwab after many, many problems with Vanguard that the employees refuse to acknowledge, somehow always making it my fault. I was a customer for 30 years but their terrible customer service, the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, the inability of the employees to answer questions, etc. is over the top. I still can't get my 401K out of Vanguard despite many hours on the phone with numerous Vanguard employees, none of whom has a clue as to how to do this, it seem... read more
I have been trying to get my money out of Vanguard for 2 months now and they give me a different story every time I call them. I have to spend an hour on the phone with them each time and nothing changes. Easy in hard get money out
Very bizarre. They have a house for sell but don't answer the phone. I wouldn't buy or sell with this company
Such a wonderful company! Professional and smooth transaction selling my home. I also know they will go above and beyond to remedy any issues before putting a house back on the market, as all repairs were discussed in the sell price! No hidden fees and upfront about everything!
