Product is excellent. The installers did a great job in a timely manner.
Ty and JD were the installers for our home. They arrived at the scheduled time, introduced themselves and organized their work flow. They answered our questions and educated us on proper operation of our shades and how to adjust them, when needed. The great working relationship between Ty and JD was evident as they worked often communicating with just a look or nod.
