Vanessa Nicole has been amazing and is most definitely an expert in this field. Getting a custom ring made from out-of-state seemed difficult but Vanessa was great at communicating through email, quick to reply, and very detailed. She is so down-to-earth, it felt like I was speaking to a friend. Vanessa absolutely made this process easy and special, I would recommend her to anybody! My fiance can't stop staring at her ring and cried watching the DVD. Go with Vanessa for your custom ring, you won't regret it!

Vanessa patiently worked with my fiancé, Doug, for 7 months to craft the most perfect engagement ring for me! I had no idea about any of it either until after he proposed (in the Narrows at Zion <3)! My ring is absolutely perfect--a brilliant round diamond with an emerald halo around it, vintage setting with art deco shank--I love it. I also think the Making the Ring DVD is so neat!
