Vanessa works fast and is always on top of things. I appreciate how she describes everything about the process and is real about the property details. My family and I have used her many times and her level of service has not changed. She doesn’t care about how much money she will be getting from a big house or small and works hard every time. There are so many good things I can say that its hard to put it all down.

Vanessa is top notch. She was very knowledgable about the end to end process of buying a new home as well as recommending a great lender to work with for the loan. She was very aggressive in negotiating with the builders and she was able to get us more than we were expecting in the contract for our new home. Vanessa was amazing. I reccomend anyone looking to buy or sell a home call her first. My home purchase was tough. There were several roadblocks along the way. I purchased a short sale home on a VA loan. Those factors made this a difficult, and time consuming purchase. Addtionally, Vanessa had to negotiate terms, meet deadlines, and keep me informed as we went through the process. If I decide to buy another home, Vanessa will be the first person I call.
