When questioned about staff working with open lesions on his arms. Staff became rude and disrespectful. Staff with psoriasis outbreaks should have his arms covered and not exposed.
went in to place an order of bbq plates and tea. Watched the staff throwing French fries at each other, playing around, also observed staff pick up food off the counter and place back on customers plate. waited 20 minutes for food, when food was ready then told there is no tea, had to wait again for tea to be made, by the way instant tea, worse tea ever. I realize that you have a limited menu during this time, but I would highly recommend you add your chicken finger baskets to the menu. all kids don't like hamburgers or bar b que. your restaurant has gone down the toilet the last few years. owner might need to be in restaurant alot more to see what is going on.
Went on my one hour lunch break to get the special of the day, fried shrimp. After sitting at my table for 5 minutes I was finally asked what I’d like. I ordered. This was at 12:17. At about 12:45, after watching my waiter walk around and talk to everyone and go outside to talk to people (and returning back to work without washing his hands) I had to go to the cashier and ask that my food please be changed to a to go order because I couldn’t wait any longer, I had to go back to work. Went there last night for the first time in a long time and the meat wasn’t chopped up well and the stew was very tasteless. Was very disappointed especially for what I paid for it. Won’t be going back any time soon.
