Al was very helpful and did his best helping us find a sofa. However, we went to a competitor because we didn't care for VanDrie's policy for custom ordering. We purchased a sofa at the competitors' store using financing, and they didn't require a down payment for custom orders. It's not Al's fault he doesn't make policies. He is a very helpful salesman, though.
Taylor was very helpful and personable made it a very fast and easy process
Great customer service. We have purchased here before and always come back when we need appliances or furniture.
I went to Van Drie to get new furniture. In anticipation of spending 4000.00 at least. I asked them if they could dispose of my old couch, of course for a fee, and they would not. They lost the sale. I went to another furniture store they worked with me on my couch issue, for a fee. That is the furniture store that got my business of 4,200.00.
