I'd like to put five stars for the staff especially Teresa Moss who bent over backwards to help me before & after the sale. However it is so sad what the quality of things has come to these days. We spent over $4,000 and neither one of the recliners in the sectional worked! We had to wait another week for a repairman who only repaired it partially and then said "that's just how it is these days", "you have to wear it in".
