I'd like to put five stars for the staff especially Teresa Moss who bent over backwards to help me before & after the sale. However it is so sad what the quality of things has come to these days. We spent over $4,000 and neither one of the recliners in the sectional worked! We had to wait another week for a repairman who only repaired it partially and then said "that's just how it is these days", "you have to wear it in". VanDrie in Houghton Lake is worth the stop. Their employees are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a nice selection of furniture, appliances and flooring. Go see Al, he is great!
I am very happy with my purchase experience from beginning to end.The sales lady, Teresa let me browse without pressure to buy. Then when I decided to buy she was very helpful with the purchase and delivery details. I highly recommend this store for quality in furniture and sales technique.
