We took our truck to have transmission rebuilt 2.5 weeks ago and was told it would be 3 days, and an extra day to have some gaskets installed in our transfer case. We've called for status several times and given different excuses why it's not done and have been told to call them back the next day. It's still not done. They haven't even started the rebuild yet. The only way you should take your vehicle here is if you have a month to spare without your vehicle. Terrible.
When my radiator blew up I didn't know if my car would ever recover, but the guys at Transmasters fixed it for me for a very fair price. They also gave me good advice on how to take care of my engine. A few months later, something small came up related to my radiator, so I took it into them, turns out it was NOT related to the previous problem, but they fixed it for free anyway. I tried to pay but they refused, so I told them I would get online and give them a good review. So I highly recommend their work.
