We bought our own tank a few years ago. At first I would call around to all the propane companies (except Suburban--they are the reason we got our own tank) and VanderYacht consistently has had the lowest price. Now I don't call around. I call VanderYacht first. Lowest price, great customer service. Today Greg went above and beyond for us. And I've been going crazy with laundry ever since.
Thanks a lot... this is the 3rd time in 6 months our propane has run out and/or we've had to call you to come out to refill and freezing while waiting and waiting and waiting... now, it's Saturday, 30° and NO HOT WATER!!! PLEASE return our call!! This is getting tiresome and we'll just have to find a more reliable, organized company that can actually do what they say they were going to do. sigh.....
You guys rock with service! I had a gas leak over the 4th of July and you came out on Sunday; returned my calls in a timely manner and then took my fireplace in for repair! It was repaired in 24hrs too!! Great service and very decent charges! Thank-you!!
