I just wanted to say how awesome VanderYacht is! Today a Sunday of all days, we ran completely out of propane. My husbands been working out of town the past few months, so it got overlooked. Anyways, VanderYacht came out and filled up our tank! Can’t thank you guys enough 💙
We just started service a little over a month ago and we haven't established our usage yet -- and today (Saturday morning) we called and left a message that it looks like our tank my be empty. They called us back within 10 minutes and there was a truck here filling our tank within the hour. In Clinton, on Whidbey on a Saturday morning. Very impressed with the quick turnaround for both a return call and service. Very impressed indeed. :)
Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference. Local business that really cares about its customers, been great to deal with!
Big thank you to Vanderyacht Propane! They came out when I called about a propane leak and discovered it to be pretty bad and unsafe. They had me back up and running again in just a couple hours! Friendly and prompt service!!
Hands down the BEST propane service company! Ryan just installed our new underground propane tank today! His customer service, knowledge and love for his job is inspiring. My kids were so interested in what the "propane guy" was doing, so Ryan explained the science behind things and put on a little show for them. (Ages 3 & 5) Conner says propane smells like stinky poo and eggs haha. So he now knows what a potential gas leak would smell like. Hopefully he doesnt mistake the dog's gas for a propane leak hahah. I just had wonderful customer service from the whatcom county office. Her name is Sophie, she was thorough, asked great questions in trying to figure out my needs. She also had me smiling or laughing throughout the phone call as she went above and beyond to help me get set up. I have used VanderYacht for the last year for a different setup and highly recommend them. Thanks Sophie, you were so helpful and fun!
