I have been a customer of VanderYacht for almost 10 years and they are always quick to respond for all of my fill up requests. Today was no different, my tank was at 10% and even though the weather and roads were bad they made it out today. Super happy with their service.
Once again we weren't paying enough attention to our guage in the cold weather. We ran out last night, called this morning, and had propane by 3pm! You guys are always so wonderful, the delivery man was very nice as well 😊. I'm sure part of it was luck that there was another delivery nearby, but either way we are so grateful!
No doubt the best service in the propane industry!!
Trying to find a keep full service in Skagit co when we own the tank was a pain. Thankfully VanderYacht provides such a service. The office staff is always awesome as well. We have never ran out. Price is always fair and when I got sick and missed work due to the flu last year they worked with me on a payment arrangement. Thank you guys for being awesome!
VanderYacht propane has been soo helpful to me. Sophie goes above and beyond. The customer service is top notch and custom requests have been turned around overnight.!
Shout out to Sophie at VanderYacht! We are new to propane and ran our tanks out. Called the office at 8 AM Friday, explained our situation to Sophie and we had a serviceman out at 9 AM to fill our tanks! Great service and Sophie went the extra mile for us!!
You guys are the best!!! We didn't realize we ran out of propane until the heater wasn't on this morning. We called and were told beginning of next week but they just got done delivering!!!! I'm sure you had another delivery nearby but thank you so much and Merry Christmas!!!!!
