Very professional and job well done
I screwed up and came too early, but because I already took my med they accommodated me and adjusted their schedule.
On time, marvelous hygienist as usual, prompt service talking with Dr. Mulder after cleaning. Not to mention my hygienist is totally attuned to my needs. I did miss the back pillow this time. Forgot to ask for it as i have severe back problems. Probably forgot about it while I was forgetting everything on then nitrous Oxide. All in all as best an experience possible going to the dentist.
Recently, I visited Vanderlugt and Mulder, and had an experience that positively stood out from the rest. No one can honestly say that they are "happy" to have to take a day off work for their teeth, or spend their time with their mouth wide open getting their teeth cleaned. I will say, this is the first time that I have felt the opposite. I'm happy that I went in, and I am happy that I spent as much time as I did. The experience was like previous times professional, managed time, and friendly staff.
I was recently in Grand Rapids on Business and desperately needed a dentist, they were able to schedule an appointment for me and take care of my issue thank you to everyone for everything you did for me. Anyone in the area I highly recommend this facility.
