I had a tight schedule due to another employee at work calling in sick. I received excellent care and was able to meet a tight schedule, and felt very good about my visit.

Best experience I have ever had at a dental office! The staff were prompt, professional, courteous. My insurance info was checked while I was getting my cleaning. This allowed the office to provide me with a printout at the end of my visit detailing exactly what additional services they recommended and how much those services would cost. The doctor and staff reviewed with me in detail my exam and findings. I have kept coming for over 15 years because of the "warm feeling" I get when I enter the office. You are greeted by name and made to feel welcome. I like th way the hygienist explains what is happening. Also, I like that Dr. Vanderlugt always take the time to pop in to say hello and check your mouth.
