My time is valuable to me, The good people at VanderLugt Dental always get me in and out with little waiting or down time. Great, professional, service by skilled and caring people.
Thank you, my appointment was very informative. I really appreciate being able to see what the issue may be on the flat screen. I am happy with the one-on-one time and care given to me.
As always, great service, very litte wait time, friendly staff!
I happened to over hear an interaction between the staff and a Hispanic client who was trying to understand an insurance payment. His English was limited but he was not treated with much patience or attempts to communicate. It was very upsetting to me. I have not had a very "warm" reception from the desk staff either but at least I can navigate billing, etc. without their assistance. Thanks for this opportunity to express my feelings. Sincerely, Nancy Christensen
Your staff was very welcoming and well educated . I had a great experience and would refer anyone to your office.
