VanderLaan Dentistry exceeds and blows any other dentist I’ve ever been to out of the water. They’re personable and make you feel super comfortable in any operation. All the staff is super friendly and very good at what they do, and every experience I've had there has been great. I walked in this morning holding half of one of my front teeth after getting it broke off over the weekend. I didn't have an appointment, but they offered to take me back and see what they could do. Hands down, the best dentist office in Grand Rapids. The staff and doctors are incredibly kind and accommodating, all the latest tech, super efficient. Shout out to Amanda! So kind and caring. I have had lots of work done here and am so thrilled with both how the procedures went AND the results. If you are reading this, end the search now and just schedule your appointment, especially if you have hesitation/nerves. I recommend everyone I talk to, come to this office, you won't regret it!
Vanderlaan Dentistry is great! Staff are very caring and considerate of people who have fear of a dentist. They explain everything to you. They do require payment upon service due to being out of network but send in billing to insurance for you.
New dentistry practice for me. Love the chair side manner, the comfort of connecting with the team and thorough work from the office. Definitely would recommend. I appreciate Dr. VanderLaan's concern and care for my teeth. He even gave me a discount when some work had to be redone. Much appreciated. I do wish, however, that he wouldn't make political remarks while working on my teeth. Today he said, "The next conspiracy theory will be that Vance poisoned the Pope."
