Do not trust Dr Christine Shieh. She is horrible Dr and surgeon. We made a huge mistake. Dr Shieh moved us to another provider because we mailed her a letter with concerns. Why did we have to mail a letter? Because this Dr is too arrogant to get on the phone. She told her staff to tell us her program does not have the “bandwidth “. She is a disaster. I work give a zero. Dr Christine Shieh has ruined my granddaughters eye by removing a mole. Since we have voice concerns through a letter which was never acknowledged. This Dr will not return calls. She has moved us to another provider. The worst mistake . A life time of issues and regret because of this Dr. do not use. This review would be much higher if not for anesthesia not keeping me asleep. On May 28, 2026 I had thumb replacement surgery performed partially by Dr Desai. During the procedure I woke up three times that I was aware of and additional times according to report given by surgical staff. The first time was very unnerving as I could feel the implant being hammered into my hand, shaking my entire arm and shoulder. I still wake up at night feeling that. I took my husband to the E.R. on Wednesday 4/22/26. It is very far from home, 2 hours but I wanted him to get the best care as Vanderbilt is ranked #1 in Tn. We checked in at 11am and the triage team did the few tests within 3 hours. A Dr. in the room told him he will definitely admit him and draw off the fluid. All the waiting rooms were overflowing the entire time and at one point they made all the spouses or caretakers of the patients go in another area leaving the patients alone to care for themselves! So if you getting cancer treatment and the nurse does not hook the tubing up correctly they leave part of medical in the tubing this time about 3 feet of the tubing and the nurse said this is because it depends on how they hang tubing determines if you get it all but you got most of it she said.
Hide behind answering services and do not read their emails/messages for days. Refilling a prescription that has been ongoing for years should be the easiest thing a "care" facility has to do, BUT Brentwood Primary 'Care" is incapable of this feat. They consistently ignore requests by the Pharmacy and take NO ACTION until you have breached their answering services wall, lost you temper, all your patience, and most your sanity ..... the "person" on the phone acts like you should be 'thankful' for their "HELP". Had my surgery on 07-02-25 and Dr. Absi and his team are outstanding. No complications and a very smooth recovery.
I unfortunately had a very bad experience today at Tullahoma ER. I'm very sick and dehydrated so my doctor told me to go get labs and get fluids. I was the room getting fluids with my head thrombin whole body aching and just so sick and exhausted.
