My daughter has been coming here for 3 years and every visit has been great. Wait times minimal, check in/check out smooth, and the nurse/doctor team are knowledgeable and patient with my daughter. Definitely recommend them.
Very helpful for our child, Dr Flemons has been such a support through our journey with a rare eye condition. We are also medically minded and appreciate the policies that ensure protecting everyone's health, including masking when someone is ill. This gives us much peace of mind for our safety in waiting areas and grants credibility to this medical institution.
We found Vandy Eye Institute after two optometrist visits that failed to result in a correct glasses prescription for our son. We were also referred to expensive vision therapy services by this optometrist. I’m so glad we got a third opinion at Vandy Eye Institute.
Dr is good, but the 2+ hour wait times are not worth your time. Appointments should be booked accordingly, not overbooked and KIDS having to wait this long. Insane scheduling issues. I’d explore options before sticking with this one.
6/5/23- Edit: I had an appointment booked for May 30th since January. I get a call 1-week prior stating the provider decided to take that day off (the day after Memorial Day) and wanted to get me rescheduled for AUGUST. Extremely upset since we’ve had issues with my daughter’s eyes since March and was told May was the earliest we could be seen. No sincerity from the person that called. We have had nothing but great service here. No long wait times and the staff has been great. Dr. Jian has been excellent with my 2-year-old.
