Dr. Katsadouros was amazing. The nurse we saw clearly did not want to be there and made me incredibly uncomfortable while she was working with my 4 year old.
My 14-month-old twins have been referred for pediatric ophthalmology evaluation and treatment by their pediatrician. Unfortunately, despite multiple efforts to establish care, Vanderbilt Pediatric Ophthalmology has refused to schedule and provide services due to concerns regarding insurance reimbursement. My daughter has been coming here for 3 years and every visit has been great. Wait times minimal, check in/check out smooth, and the nurse/doctor team are knowledgeable and patient with my daughter. Definitely recommend them.
Very helpful for our child, Dr Flemons has been such a support through our journey with a rare eye condition. We are also medically minded and appreciate the policies that ensure protecting everyone's health, including masking when someone is ill. This gives us much peace of mind for our safety in waiting areas and grants credibility to this medical institution.
