Best Place Ever if you're in the Market for a New Hip! Amazing
My husband had a horrible accident and they got him in the same day I called. Kyli Hoskins was SO amazing to help and order an MRI immediately. Then she called after hours to tell me to take him to the ER. He got immediate hip surgery. There aren't enough thank yous for how quickly she acted and cared enough to call late. We love this place!! This is where I also got my hip replaced and it was amazing for me too.
The WORST most unprofessional experience EVER! We drove an hour to Vanderbilt Orthopaedics in Franklin, for nothing. We were checked in, taken back by the nurse, all patient history was given, to only be told Dr Desai wouldn’t see us because of a “90 day global period” to which our insurance plan does not have…this was confirmed by my insurance that there is no such stipulation by my insurance. Im leaving a review about ny experience because I don't understand why the other reviews are low. My experience has been great overall! I live in a smaller town and was not happy with the care I received here Dr. Strasser is the 4th surgeon I consulted with regarding achilles surgery. He was very kind, very informative, listened to my concerns, and did a great job with my surgery. This was easily the worst medical office experience I’ve ever had. The cleanliness of the facility was shocking. The floors were dirty, the entrance appeared neglected, and the overall office felt unsanitary. The exam tables had no paper coverings, and the chairs in the patient rooms were visibly cracked and worn, with dirt and grime built up in the seams. The wait time was even more unbelievable.
