Disappointed is an understatement. Multiple Times during my consultation And multiple times since I have requested the medication to be called in that I need to take prior to a scheduled MRI. Each phone call led to a run around, each message in the portal was left unanswered. The quality in Vanderbilt in general has really dropped the last few years. WOW! The customer service with these three ladies - Monet, Lula, and Holly absolutely exceeded my expectations 100%. These ladies absolutely deserve recognition for their outstanding service. I would highly recommend this particular location to anyone. Not only will you get the very best care with the nurses and physicians, but you will absolutely get the kindest service just by walking in the front door. You do not get that kind of customer care and service anywhere these days. We can’t thank you all enough!
I agree some the front desk people can seem a little unfriendly, but I think they are just trying to focus and do their job because so many patients come in. I have had two ankle/foot operations by Dr. Nicholas Strasser, and I am very pleased with him as a doctor. He has been nothing but kind to me, even calling and checking on me personally after this latest surgery. He explains things very well and is knowledgeable. I am glad I was put with him when I made my appointment!
My daughter suffered an injury that caused a lot of stress to us as a family, but everyone at Vandy ER in Franklin and Franklin Orthopedics has been incredible. I have to shout out Nurse Lydia Belcher. She was the absolute BEST with our 3 year old daughter. The moment she walked in the room, her smile and energy really made us feel comfortable.
