Vanderbilt Neurology in Nashville booked appointment for me about a month ago with Dr Clark, as my Doctor last seen in Nashville has left Vanderbilt. Day of appointment Dr Clark’s office called and told me Dr Clark will not see me for followup and will not schedule new patient appointment in future since I was seen by other Vanderbilt neurologist in the past. Changed my appointment time and date without asking me beforehand when I'm traveling to the appt out of state and had to completely rearrange my time off with work and book a new hotel for their own convenience. Thanks.
I absolutely love and appreciate Dr. Kleinfeld and the staff so much! They have been so incredibly good to me and when I have to see someone else he works with them in caring for me!
I can't speak about the doctors but good luck getting an appointment. My doctor referred me and I have tried 3 times to set an appointment. Each time I was on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up each time. Right off the bat I can tell they do not care about your time. Very frustrating experience.
My daughter had been going to this location for years now and we love it. We used to go to Vanderbilt Children’s hospital but the parking was crazy and driving an hour to get there was difficult. Franklin location was definitely easier.
