It was a waste of time and money. The nurses assistant and nurse were kind, but they gave me no information about my child that I suspected had pneumonia. (Follow up at pediatrician during normal hours proved I was right). They told me to give Zyrtec and call the pediatrician the next day. I didn’t get any follow up notes or info in the after summary visit either. Vanderbilt should reconsider this being a clinic.
Caution: I would highly recommend people seeking outpatient care to look at other clinics. After receiving my bill for a clinic visit with a covid and strep test, the bill was 2.5x greater than other walk-in clinics. The cost will be subject to each person's insurance plan, but for this site of care (i.e., outpatient clinic), the cost of care should not be 2.5x greater than other outpatient clinics. Honestly can't stress enough... avoid this place unless you like spending money. I called to make sure they coded everything right, and yes the actual cost for a regular visit, strep test and covid test for my kid is $890.
