Never even made it in and decided not to go. Received a notification out of the blue that we were re-booked with a male doctor. If they had called, they would have found out that I prefer a female doctor. They tried to call hours later after they had already made changes in the portal. I decided to cancel all together as I did not like that they didn’t think to call before updating information. They casually cancelled our appointment even though they require 48 hour business day cancellation notice from their patients. They don’t require that of themselves.They did not care. They said they overbooked and just rescheduled it to a time I’m not free for. We both took off for it. Update: Ultimately, they did it again. This is the most unprofessional clinics I have ever tried to book with. They have no consideration to the patient.

I am typically not one to leave reviews but I had the absolute BEST experience at this clinic! The lady at check in, the two nurses, and Mrs. Karen were all amazing! 10/10!
I went for a US SONOHYSTEROGRAM and the team I had was AMAZING! They explained everything they were doing every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable by checking in with me the entire time. I had a terrible aftermath with the cramps and they took such good care of me. They let me take my time until I felt better and continued to check on me until I left. I don't think I've ever had better care! I didn't feel like just another number.
