I called the clinic numerous times to get an appointment and my story over and over each time. Each time I was told that I would get a call from a scheduler to book an appointment but never did. I took my son to a walk-in clinic to get the process started. I was just given an appointment for a date almost five months out without asking about preference of location and never heard anything from the clinic itself until I arrived. Was told my child couldn’t be seen (because she has a sibling) after waiting 15 mins to check in , apparently me and my husband were both supposed to call out of work today to watch kids. Would hate to be a single parent and try to get my child taken care of here. Maybe if they called beforehand and mentioned this I wouldn’t be upset but no one told me . I took the day off work to take her and couldn’t get her seen . I won’t be back and am going to let her pediatrician know how “wonderful” the practice he referred us to is .
