The doctors are AMAZING and we have been happy with them! The scheduling department and receptionist can be terrible. Almost every time I've called they are extremely rude. This time when scheduling they messed up and scheduled the wrong days when we have to drive 2 hours to an appointment and take off work. Not acceptable. I had to call back again and another receptionist, Shannon answered. She was much nicer and corrected the mistake, so want to give a shout out to her for being kind and helpful because majority are not.

I would like to begin by prefacing the doctor was fine however the billing and customer service is absolutely AWFUL. The only helpful person I spoke with was Lakisha at the front desk. She genuinely tried her best with attempting to help me. My son's PCP referred him in June. We were then seen by in July and verified that my son does need surgery. 1year old had an operation there. The on site Staff and Dr are polite, knowledgeable, and helped keep him entertained. The other reviews are a bit harsh as they say similar things, I don't believe the off site switchboard needing customer service training warrants a 1 star. The on-site staff/nurses have been helpful when I've had follow up questions.
I agree with the reviews here whoever answers the phone is extremely rude. And seems annoyed to even be there. If your not a people person then get another job no need to yell over the phone.
