I would like to begin by prefacing the doctor was fine however the billing and customer service is absolutely AWFUL. The only helpful person I spoke with was Lakisha at the front desk. She genuinely tried her best with attempting to help me. My son's PCP referred him in June. We were then seen by in July and verified that my son does need surgery. They scheduled the surgery for 12/17/2024. Due to the Dr and Vanderbilt being out of network with my insurance I called the urology office in mid October to advise them that a PA w... read more
1year old had an operation there. The on site Staff and Dr are polite, knowledgeable, and helped keep him entertained. The other reviews are a bit harsh as they say similar things, I don't believe the off site switchboard needing customer service training warrants a 1 star. The on-site staff/nurses have been helpful when I've had follow up questions.
I agree with the reviews here whoever answers the phone is extremely rude. And seems annoyed to even be there. If your not a people person then get another job no need to yell over the phone.
As far as the Dr I would give 10 stars, but the staff that answer the phones or switchboard, ZERO! Seriously whoever answers the phones needs to be fired or evaluated. The last four times I called in the last month each call they were so rude and I couldn't finish a sentence without being abruptly interrupted with the sound of annoyance in their voice. Its strange because when I'm there, the people at the office are super friendly, so it must be switchboard people that HATE their job. I hoped after the first 2 bad operators ... read more
