I am sure this place is wonderful for most people, but the experience that I had today was not it for me. It might've been the people I had and that not everyone is what I dealt with. Would not recommend. I brought my daughter in with clear, textbook flu-like symptoms. The physician initially tested her for strep, which was negative. I had to insist that she also be tested for the flu, and she acted as though this was an inconvenience. I was told results would take 24–48 hours. As suspected, 48 hours later the test came back positive for Flu A. Had her symptoms been taken seriously at the initial visit, she likely could have been prescribed Tamiflu, as we were still within the recommended 48-hour window f... read more
We saw Dr. Shah and she was extremely patient and kind with our scared 3 year old on a Sunday morning. They were efficient and patient! Highly recommend!
The lady who answered the phone is extremely rude (on 12/4 at 3:50pm). This was the number I was given at the bottom of my child’s Dr note two weeks ago. I called after the appointment trying to get a note with some more specifics for his school. The lady was rude and stated “he wasn’t seen over here. Idk where you got this number. I explained where he was seen, what for, who signed the note, etc. She responds “yes that’s this office but it’s the desk next to me.” I asked her if there was a better number I could try.
