Don't trust their hours. They decide when they want to see patients and when they don't. We arrived more than an hour before they closed and they wouldn't see us. 1 other person in the waiting room. Ridiculous. Change your hours if you don't want to see patients after a certain time.
Terrible experience this morning with that receptionist at the urgent care. She kept looking at me and my kids and shaking her head also dared to tell me I can’t control my kids… I mean who can control infants and toddlers they are bound to cry and scream she just had an attitude with us since the beginning..Obviously she don’t know where she’s working. I called patient relations and what a shocker nobody answered. Hopefully I never have to see her again!
I am sure this place is wonderful for most people, but the experience that I had today was not it for me. It might've been the people I had and that not everyone is what I dealt with. For starters, I called VCUC per pediatrician recommendation due to our daughter having a gash. This is the first time we've come across a situation like this so I was new on what steps to take.
