I am very dissatisfied with the customer service, although I have no questions or complaints about the doctor. However, everything else—from scheduling my children’s appointments to receiving the bill after their visit—has been highly frustrating. Dissatisfied is an absolute understatement at this point. My son who is three is dealing with severe GI issues; we were actually just hospitalized down town a week ago for 6 days. As of now, his home treatment plan has been failing. I called the office and was given instructions to bring him in for an x-ray today. I checked THREE TIMES to make sure their x-ray equipment was up and working, since I knew it was down on my last visit.
