I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration and concern for my 6-year-old daughter's health. I recently called to schedule an appointment for her with the Gastroenterology department after her condition worsened, following two recent visits to the ER. Waited weeks for an appointment due to wanting a second opinion on my child’s treatment plan (in advisement from our peds doctor at Vanderbilt) and received a call that the doctor would not like to meet with us until January due to already having another consult recently at a different location. My child needs treatment asap, not in January - we already waited so long for this appointment time. Dr. Bhatt is an exceptional doctor. She is very knowledgeable and thorough.The entire staff at this location is excellent!! Highly recommend!!

Waited weeks to get an appointment for my sick son. After driving from Clarksville, we learned at the clinic that the doctor was out sick. Have to wait another 6 weeks for an appointment. I understand that doctors are people and they get sick, but is there truly no recourse for parents of sick children other than, "Sorry. Try again in another 6 weeks"? So disappointed.
