I admit I was hesitant to visit due to other reviews. However, today was my second visit in 4 months for issues I needed my infant to be seen for ASAP but couldn’t get into her pediatrician. Both times I had a pleasant interaction at the front desk, the nurses got us back quickly, everyone was super friendly and very helpful and listened to me. Although we love our pediatrician this urgent care has been great to us the last few months.
Went there tonight around 7:30pm. I wasn’t confronted with an old lady with grey hair and glasses, who seemed very irritated that I was there. She starts by asking me if I checked in online (with attitude). I proceed to tell her very nicely that it was our first time there. She starts asking for my son name and birthday. Fine experience, but no recourse if they send your prescription to the wrong pharmacy and then close, leaving you with no way to obtain your medication until the next day. Definitely check your discharge paperwork to make sure it reflects the correct pharmacy, even if you are assured it will.
The staff was so kind and gentle with my kiddo. I’d highly recommend.
The doctor my son saw he was nice but the front desk woman shes an older lady light hair color she is RUDE and lucky I bit my tongue and did not go off on her many times. This was at 715 pm I wish I got her name. But my son went to grab a face mask and she literally snatched the box off the desk wall so he couldn't grab one more for his little brother.
