Terrible. Over an hour in the waiting room, then another hour waiting to see the "doctor". She was very rude, would barely let me speak & then rushed out of the room. Nurses seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, telling me my daughter was highly contagious RIGHT after the "doctor" said she wasn't. ? Will not be going back.
Short wait time and super friendly staff.
Dr. Monica Pierson is a sorry excuse for a doctor. She told me I am a "wussy mommy" because my kids don't like taking oral meds. She said to scrape it off their faces and make them take it. Horrible, horrible doctor. She complained to us about being new to the area and our doctors here handle thing such differently than in St. Louis. Please, go back because you have now given Vanderbilt a bad name!
