This clinic use to be convenient and have knowledgeable physicians. After the last several visits, it has clearly become the standard patient mill. It is all about getting you out as fast as possible. I think they roll the diagnosis dice and choose between a viral infection, strep or some other general issue they can throw penicillin or a z-pack at. Tonight we went for what is probably our last visit there. After waiting for 1h45m , we decided to leave.

I have been waiting 2 hours and have yet to see a doctor. I only had two people ahead of me when I arrived. I will think twice before I return to this office. Very disappointed.

I didn't know what to expect and was prepared to get a doctor that was careless and wouldn't be helpful. Man was I wrong! This staff was terrific. All the nurses were great and we weren't there too terribly long. It was worth it. We got his prescription sent to a 24 hr pharmacy and they were so caring. Dr. Livingood is a great doctor, very caring and very informative. We were very blessed to have her as the doctor! We will be hap... read more
