My base rent is 701 but after all the small fees I pay 800. The only concern that I have are the roaches around here. Your billed once a month for pest control but they don't spray inside unlesd you ask them too. Also the parking is terrible. Parking stickers enforced as well as limited vistor parking with a paper slip. Overall the staff are wonderful and nice.
Every person past and currant knows the gate code including all their friends it is a high traffic are there have been break in armed robberies and more during the time we were there and then when we left we gave them a money for $150 to cover the 2 months we were going to owe for trash water sewer etc the bill came to less then $100 and we are still waiting for the refund when we inquired about it months ago the said our file as in the dormant files or something like that and they would get back with us but months past and ... read more
Nice clean pool it's like staying in a resort hotel I had no break in its lovely
