Very bad experience with my daughter. The billing and scheduling is very bad. The procedure is ok, but they do not give information to take care of teeth rather just plan your next visit there.
Our 4-year old daughter is a patient of Dr. Vander Kam, and we are VERY happy with her care. Our daughter is a bit shy, but Dr. Vander Kam works hard to put her at ease. The office is decorated for kids, with beautiful fishes every where. Recently, we had an emergency when our daughter fell and chip/broke some of here teeth. Even though it was the weekend, Dr. Vander Kam was in her office in 1/2 hour to see us! This saves us at least an entire weekend of worries, and made our daughter feel much better in a just an hour.
My daughter was so traumatized by her first visit to a dentist, (not Dr. Vanderkam) that when we took her to a pediatric dentist, he suggested a general anesthesia. Not only is this frightening to a parent, but it's also very expensive. $900, and the insurance doesn't cover it. Then we found Dr. Vander Kam. What a world of difference.
