This an awesome company to rent from they are always fair with their charges and they have 21 day's by law to return any refunds so you should not rely on that refund for your move!
This is a horrible company. They waited till the 21st day to send my deposit. I've never had this happen with any rentals ever in my life. After we moved we needed this money to survive. Do not trust this company. We left the apartment cleaner than we got it and always paid our rent early. Do not rent from them.
