I’ve lived at College Park for almost two years now I love it, so much that I’m renewing my third lease. While it takes a little longer to get to, it’s away from the parties and provides a peaceful area where students aren’t overcrowded with parties. The staff is beyond welcoming and will do anything to help you out and always greet people with a smile on their face. Living here is really convenient as a WVU student. It’s close to campus, it runs a shuttle back and forth from downtown, the gym facilities are new and clean, and the staff in the clubhouse are friendly. Plus the apartments are really nice!
I’ve lived at College Park almost three years now, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in college. The apartments are so nice, and the staff deserves way more than a five star rating. It’s really the employees that make living here so much better. Their events are very creative and fun to attend, they’re always helpful when needed, and I’ve never had a problem while living here. Overall, they’re extremely wonderful people who I feel privilege to have the opportunity to know.
I think this place it the best place to live on campus. Even though it is on a huge hill that doesn't stop anything. There is a great shuttle that gets you downtown so easily. Everything is updated and well kept. Having a balcony with a beautiful view of morgantown is amazing too. Having a new laundry unit is a great perk as well. Also not that expensive. College Park has everything to offer for you.

Trying to sign my apartment. 4 bedroom suite $550 a month which is cheaper than the usual rate. July 2018-2019 with option to renew.
College Park is the nicest and most convenient WVU apartment complex. I have not had any negative experiences here, and the complex is well runner overall, whether it be all the great events they offer, or the friendly staff. My friend Riley and I from New Jersey both live here, and over the summer, the leasing manager at College Park, Kyle Ransom, drove all the way up to Jersey from WVU to attend our college back to school event. I personally love living at College park and will more than likely stay here through graduate school if I stay at WVU. I love the office staff and CAs. If I every have any concerns, questions, comments, they always are happy to help! I found them to be very accommodating with some very original issues that have come up which alot of other places would've thrown a fit. The staff treat you like you treat them.
