Came here for my first IUD insertion with Dr Stewart and I can't praise her enough. I was extremely anxious, and in my intake appointment she prescribed me Penthrox for the pain and nerves. I was still nervous coming in, but her easygoing and friendly attitude put me at ease and helped me relax. She thoroughly explained each step, and asked for my consent each time before proceeding. Doctor Duckitt did my IUD insertion. I did so with cervical numbing and the optional green whistle (Penthrox). Everyone was professional, knowledgable, and delivered the first pain free and easy IUD insertion I've ever had after 15+ years of using it as my contraception. Fantastic work they're doing!
This is my second review, and I can’t say enough good things. The doctors, nurses, and administrative staff are truly exceptional—such kind, compassionate people who make you feel completely comfortable, heard, and validated. Just incredible humans all around
