Had an extremely negative experience with one of the therapists at this location and I would never recommend anybody going here because of this.
Been coming here for over 1 year now seeing Dr. Claire Barnes. Finding the right person for you is very important but I like all the staff I've encountered they are very friendly every visit. I've been given workbooks to work on specific areas of my life, and to help discover why they exist and that's been extremely helpful for my healing.
I contacted the clinic in NOV 2023 to be seen by a specific DR. I contacted them a few months later to get an update about future appointments to be told there is little movement on the wait list. Fast forward 10 months later in SEPT 2024. I am told the wait list is closed and there is no longer new appointments (which is no written on their website) It sucks when you try and find a psychologist whose areas of speciality are exactly the issues you’ve been dealing with for this long and that they can’t provide the services.
