0 Star : My Experience The repairs were not complete when I first went to pick it up. There is no documentation on the frame or front end alignment. Fogs lights don’t work, I have to take time to return and get them fixed.

Also, after tearing down the LF door for a blend, they didn't reinstall a small clip that enabled my smart key. And finally, after the correct strut bearing was I stalled elsewhere, it was expected to need another alignment, however they found the REAR to be way out of spec as well 4 Star : Customer Service Hard to reach by phone

0 Star : My Experience Picked the car up after body shop hours only to have the key locked up unable to retrieve. Luckily we had the spare to take the truck home. Called the next day 4 times right after 5. No one answered I finally requested for sales and sales went down to ask and confirmed the key was locked up again. We were very happy with how quick the turn around was, and just after a few glances the body work looks perfect and I can’t tell at all.
