0 Star : My Experience Terrible from start to finish was promised it would be done in a matter of days. It took three months to get there to pick it up. Paperwork wasn’t ready and then my keys were missing. The guy told me to come back tomorrow like I have all kinds of time, you’ve had my truck for three months. Then he found the keys in his pocket after a half hour of me sitting there I won’t be back.
3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Greasy residue was left on my seats without being cleaned off that I can't completely get off and there was small damage done to my cars exterior and have to bring it back in now. Other than that everything was good including communication and work done 4.5 Star : Customer Service
5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not only was the work done to satisfaction, I appreciated the carwash and cleaning of the front floor mats. They even cleaned my filthy wheels and tires! Thank you. 5 Star : Repair Quality They did a great job. The door sounds/feels correct when opened and closed now. I can't even tell work was done 😊 4.5 Star : Customer Service We had a little phone tag in the beginning, but overall Shelly was great to work with.
