I don't know how Van Rooy stays in business or ever rents anything. Worst communication from a property management group I have ever experienced! They completely ignored emails, voice mail messages, etc. Stay far, far away from this property management group and all of their rentals!
Horrible to rent from. They lie about much needed and comfort renovations and are quick to evict. After 2 years at a townhome, I was evicted in the last month of my lease. It was due to an emergency situation that was out of my control. They refused to make any type of arrangements or to work with me. Not being from Indiana, this was one of the worst experiences I had here. Other places are not like this. You guys make Indy look bad.
