I recommend this company very highly! My expert Matt was so knowledgeable about every type of roofing material. He took the time to explain all of my options and pricing. A very pleasant gentleman. Easy to talk with. The company is very responsive to any and all questions. Scheduling was prompt. You cannot go wrong with a company with high integrity who employs quality personnel.
We hired Van Martin Roofing to reroof our 3000 sq ft (approx) in March 2013. Last week, we had my wife's bathroom extensively remodeled--to include installing a new vent fan. When the workers were venting the fan to the roof outlet, they noticed substantial wetness in the attic insulation. When they tore out the existing soffit over the tub/shower area, they found about two gallons of water suspended in plastic sheathing (which they pumped out).
