RecommendedI have bought 4 trailers, ladder racks, toppers, and many trailer parts from Van Kams and they are always helpful and stand behind thier product. my most recent was a custom built 18ft aluminum trailer. Dennis the salesman was over the top with communication, very knowledgeable about how to build a strong long lasting trailer, and had it done when he said it would be. Every little detail was covered and it was built to perfection. I would highly recommend these guys!!
my dad bought a trailer from Van Kams just over 20 years ago. and it still does it's job. frame is great, the wood is still in good shape. recommend to anyone
Excellent customer service!!!
Terrible customer service. Bought a trailer from them a year ago. Just happened to be in Muskegon with the trailer today (don't haul the trailer to Muskegon very often) and asked them to fix a little problem. Never expected it to be a big deal. I will never give them another nickle of my money - twelve hundred bucks and they couldn't take a few minutes to fix a problem they made.
They know what they are doing and provide a great service!
