I had several pieces of jewellery appraised and one repaired at Van Isle Gem Labs. Sterling, the owner was excellent to work with. He was quick to reply to any requests and inquiries. Prompt when meeting and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Van Isle Gem Labs.
